From the initial request a General Builders project manager is assigned and will work closely with the client and design professionals to assemble pricing that best reflects the clients budget.

The same project manager will assemble a team of subcontractor’s lead by one of our qualified site supervisors to insure the successful completion of the project. Design-build projects typically offer the client more control over the final product and budget. In addition, we are always conscious of our clients need to open their doors for business so adhering to the scheduled completion date is paramount.

General Builders, LLC opened in 2004 to serve the construction needs of Delaware from Wilmington to the Beaches. Since then we have expanded, holding licenses in PA, NJ, and MD as well as the city of Philadelphia. Projects have ranged geographically from Northern, NJ to Virginia, however our base market is the greater Philadelphia area including Southern New Jersey and Delaware.

We are fully licensed, insured and offer bonding for select projects. General Builders has a strict no drug policy and will provide certification upon request. Field personnel hold 30-hour OSHA training as well.
