    • Multi-Family Market

      2012 saw the first multi-family project for General Builders. The project consisted of 42 renovations of individual apartments and two story units in Virginia. Since completing that project we have renovated several apartment complexes as well as constructing new units in the greater Philadelphia area. Renovating occupied apartments can be challenging but the expert coordination, planning and leadership of the General Builders team made for a smooth transition and ultimately happy clients.
