Our service begins with a seasoned staff of construction professionals that provide a wealth of knowledge and insight devoted to the success of the project from its inception. Each estimate is assembled in house and utilizes a large sub-contractor base in every discipline. Several subcontractor bids in each category are acquired to secure the best and most qualified pricing. The estimate is prepared in spreadsheet format with all costs clearly represented and clarified. Ever aware of the budget, General Builders offers value engineering ideas whenever possible. This method along with low overhead allows General Builders, LLC to provide the most competitive pricing in our market.

Once awarded, a project manager and site supervisor will be assigned. It is this team that will manage the construction to completion. The project manager is responsible for sub-contracts, financial tracking and managing the schedule while the day to day coordination and problem solving is met by the site supervisor. General Builders employs the latest in communication technology allowing the construction team to correspond from the field with the Design Team, Owner, and Subcontractors.

Since the beginning General Builders has staffed highly skilled carpenters. Many of our projects require unique carpentry services that require a high skill level. We vet all our carpenters to ensure that they can deliver the quality that our clients have come to expect and while we are not a carpentry service we will entertain individual projects that require highly skilled craftsmen. This is one more reason that we have been successful through the years.

In 2010 general Builders, LLC collaborated with Paint Doctor, LLC. This partnership allows both companies to share the overhead as well as affording better control over the final product. Both firms are housed under one roof and utilize shared clerical staff. Paint Doctor, LLC offers commercial and residential painting, wallcovering and specialty coatings and can be contracted independently of General Builders, LLC.
